CODE OF CONDUCT

Building a safe, collaborative environment for all creators in Sri Lanka.

Expected Behavior

•Engage with others respectfully, even in disagreement.
•Give constructive feedback; do not attack or demean.
•Be mindful of minors and students in shared spaces.
•Credit others' work accurately. Do not plagiarize.
•Support newer members. Turn gaps into teaching opportunities.

Prohibited Behavior

•Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation.
•Discrimination of any kind (age, gender, ethnicity, etc.).
•Sharing illegal, hateful, or harmful content.
•Misrepresenting yourself as Levelstair staff.
•Doxxing or sharing private information without consent.

Enforcement Tiers

Tier 1

Warning

Minor violations. Written warning with guidance on expected behavior.

Tier 2

Suspension

Repeated or serious violations. 7–30 day suspension from platforms and events.

Tier 3

Removal

Severe violations involving deliberate harm. Permanent ban from all spaces.
