What is a Chapter?

A Levelstair Community Chapter is a student-led innovation hub within an educational institution. It's not just a club — it's a gateway to the national game dev and tech industry.

School Chapters

For secondary schools. Focused on awareness, basic skills, and collaborative play.

University Chapters

For higher ed. Focused on professional projects, industry networking, and EXE prep.

Can an existing club join?

Yes!If you already have an ICT, Gaming, or Tech society, you can officially recognize it as a Levelstair Chapter. You don't need to create a new organization; you just take on the Levelstair mission.

Simple Integration

What's the Commitment?

Programs

Organize at least 2 key programs per academic year (Game Jams, Talks).

Community

Maintain a minimum of 5 active Levelstair members in your club.

Growth

Guide your members towards participating in EXE & Level Up.

Step-by-Step Process

Appoint an Ambassador

Identify a lead student who will represent Levelstair at your campus.

Get Institutional Nod

Inform your society president, teacher-in-charge, or faculty advisor.

Review the Agreement

Ensure your leadership team is aligned with our mutual commitments.

Submit Application

Fill our Chapter Recognition form and upload the signed agreement.

Launch & Lead

Get your branding kit and start building your local community!
